Volunteers Needed!

The WTFL is a volunteer run league!  Please find a way to give back to the league!

Head Coaches:

To staff all our teams properly, we need on average 30 head coaches.  These are often parents that have served the league before as assistant coaches or team parents.  All Volunteer Coaches must get certified through USA Football.

Assistant Coaches:

To staff all our teams properly, we need on average 120 assistant coaches.  These are often parents that are brand new to the league or have served as team parents in the past.  All Volunteer Coaches must get certified through USA Football.

Team Parents:

To staff all our teams properly, we need on average 30 Team Parents.  These parents are often first time parents to the league and just want to help their team have a positive experience.  Team Parents provide support to the coaches by helping get the teams parents involved in things like a snack schedule, concession duty and the washing of jerseys.

Concession Duty:

Every team will have the responsibility to work the concession stand before or after their scheduled games a few times a year.  Failure to cover your necessary shifts will result in the forfieture of your game.  

Equipment/Field Duty:

Every year at the beginning of the year as well as the end of the year, help is needed for equipment fitting, field preperation and general administrative work.  These are usually first time parents looking to meet more families and support the league.  Volunteer Coaches must participate in equipment registration or Field Duty as part of the Coaches accreditation with the WTFL.
